Weisswurst mit Senf & Brezelsalat (Druckversion)

Traditionelles bayerisches Gericht mit zarten Weißwürsten, serviert mit süßem Senf und einem erfrischenden Brezelsalat.

# Zutaten:

01 - 4 Weisswurst (Bavarian white sausages)

02 - 100 g sweet mustard

03 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
04 - 200 g cucumber, diced
05 - 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved

06 - 200 g pretzels, broken into bite-sized pieces

→ Dressing

07 - 3 tbsp olive oil
08 - 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
09 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Anleitung:

01 - In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the Weisswurst. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes until cooked through.
02 - While the sausages are cooking, prepare the pretzel salad by combining pretzel pieces, red onion, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes in a large mixing bowl.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the pretzel salad and toss gently to combine.
04 - Once the Weisswurst is cooked, remove them from the pot and serve hot alongside sweet mustard and the prepared pretzel salad.
