Quarkmousse mit Johannisbeeren Zitrone (Druckversion)

Cremige Quarkmousse trifft auf fruchtige Johannisbeeren und feine Zitronenzeste.

# Zutaten:

→ Dairy

01 - 400 g Quark
02 - 200 ml Heavy cream
03 - 50 g Powdered sugar
04 - Zest of 1 lemon

→ Fruits

05 - 200 g Red currants

→ Others

06 - 1 tsp Vanilla extract

# Anleitung:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine the quark, powdered sugar, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
02 - In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
03 - Gently fold the whipped cream into the quark mixture until fully incorporated.
04 - Divide the mousse into serving glasses and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Before serving, top with fresh red currants.

01 - For added flavor, consider drizzling with honey or serving with a mint garnish.
02 - This mousse can also be made with other berries, such as blueberries or raspberries.
