02 - 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
03 - 1/4 cup water
04 - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
→ Hummus
06 - 1 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
07 - 2 tablespoons tahini
08 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
09 - 1 garlic clove, minced
10 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
11 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
12 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

13 - 4 slices rustic bread, such as sourdough or country loaf
14 - 2 teaspoons olive oil, for brushing
15 - Fresh parsley or cilantro, finely chopped, for garnish
