Erfrischender Matjes mit knackigen Äpfeln und Dill - ein leichtes, tangy Gericht der deutschen Küche mit wenig Kohlenhydraten.

01 - 400 g Matjes herring, drained and cut into bite-sized pieces

→ Vegetables

02 - 2 medium apples, cored and diced
03 - 1 small red onion, finely chopped
04 - 1 cucumber, diced

→ Herbs

05 - 3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

→ Dressing

06 - 4 tablespoons sour cream
07 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
08 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
09 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Anleitung:

01 - In a large bowl, combine the matjes herring, diced apples, chopped onion, and diced cucumber.
02 - In a separate bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
03 - Pour the dressing over the herring mixture and gently toss to coat.
04 - Add the fresh dill and mix carefully to combine.
