Kartoffeln mit Gurken-Dill-Sauce (Druckversion)

Zarte gekochte Kartoffeln serviert mit einer cremigen Sauce aus frischer Gurke, griechischem Joghurt und Dill.

# Zutaten:

→ Potatoes

01 - 1 kg potatoes, peeled and quartered

→ Sauce

02 - 1 medium cucumber, finely diced
03 - 200 g Greek yogurt
04 - 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
05 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
06 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Anleitung:

01 - Place the quartered potatoes in a large pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until tender. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a bowl, combine the diced cucumber, Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the sauce.
03 - Serve the boiled potatoes warm, drizzled with the cucumber-dill sauce.
