Holunderblüten Panna Cotta Beeren (Druckversion)

Feine Panna Cotta mit Holunderblüten, gekrönt von frischen Beeren. Cremige Textur, fruchtig, sommerlich, verführt jeden Gaumen.

# Zutaten:

01 - 2 cups heavy cream
02 - 1/2 cup whole milk
03 - 1/2 cup sugar
04 - 2 teaspoons elderflower cordial
05 - 2 teaspoons powdered gelatin

→ Fresh Fruits

06 - 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

# Anleitung:

01 - In a small bowl, sprinkle the powdered gelatin over 3 tablespoons of cold water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
02 - In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is hot but not boiling.
03 - Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved. Add the elderflower cordial and mix well.
04 - Pour the mixture into individual serving glasses or molds. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
05 - Before serving, top each panna cotta with a generous handful of mixed fresh berries.

# Hinweise:

01 - For added flavor, consider infusing the cream with a few sprigs of fresh mint while heating.
02 - Serve with a drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of powdered sugar for extra sweetness.
