Place the marinated goose legs in a roasting pan and roast in the preheated oven for 1 hour.

In a separate saucepan, combine orange juice, orange zest, honey, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes.

After 1 hour of roasting, brush the glaze over the goose legs and continue roasting for an additional 30 minutes, basting with the glaze every 10 minutes.
