Gewürzte Gänsekeule mit Orangenglasur (Druckversion)

Zarte Gänsekeulen mit einer Marinade aus Zimt, Ingwer und Knoblauch, perfektioniert durch eine süß-saure Orangenglasur.

# Zutaten:

01 - 4 goose legs

→ Marinade

02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon salt
04 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
05 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
06 - 1 teaspoon ground ginger
07 - 1 teaspoon allspice
08 - 4 cloves garlic, minced

→ Glaze

09 - 1 cup orange juice
10 - Zest of 1 orange
11 - 2 tablespoons honey
12 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce

# Anleitung:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
02 - In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, and minced garlic. Rub this marinade over the goose legs, ensuring they are well coated. Let marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight in the refrigerator.
03 - Place the marinated goose legs in a roasting pan and roast in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
04 - In a separate saucepan, combine orange juice, orange zest, honey, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes.
05 - After 1 hour of roasting, brush the glaze over the goose legs and continue roasting for an additional 30 minutes, basting with the glaze every 10 minutes.
06 - Once cooked, remove the goose legs from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
