# Anleitung:

01 - Combine ketchup, curry powder, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, smoked paprika, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a small saucepan. Simmer over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until aromatic and slightly thickened. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Keep sauce warm.
02 - Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add bratwurst sausages and cook, turning occasionally, until browned and fully cooked, about 10 to 12 minutes. Transfer sausages to a cutting board and allow to rest for 3 minutes. Slice into bite-sized pieces.
03 - Toss sliced bratwurst with warm curry sauce until evenly coated. Sprinkle extra curry powder over the top for garnish. Insert toothpicks for effortless serving.
04 - On a large serving board or platter, place Currywurst bites centrally in a bowl. Surround with assorted cured meats, cheeses, pickles, tomatoes, grapes, radishes, and bowls of mustard for dipping.
