05 - Remove bratwurst from the oven and immediately toss pieces in the warm butterbeer glaze for an even coating.
06 - Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together in a bowl until soft peaks form.
07 - Insert a toothpick into each glazed bratwurst piece. Top with a small spoonful of vanilla cream foam and sprinkle with toffee bits and chopped herbs if desired.
