# Anleitung:
01 - Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the bratwursts on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
02 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the baby potatoes and cook for 10 minutes, then add the green beans and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until both are tender. Drain and let cool slightly.
03 - In a large bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
04 - Add the potatoes, green beans, and red onion to the bowl with the dressing. Toss gently to combine.
