In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.

Form the mixture into meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the heavy cream and whole grain mustard, stirring to combine. If desired, add flour to thicken the sauce.

Return the meatballs to the skillet and simmer in the sauce for an additional 10-15 minutes, until cooked through.
