Herzhafte bayerische Fleischbällchen, umhüllt von einer reichhaltigen, würzigen Senf-Sahne-Sauce für ein gemütliches Abendessen.

# Zutaten:

01 - 500 g ground beef
02 - 250 g ground pork

03 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

→ Spices

06 - 1 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 1 teaspoon paprika

→ Dairy

09 - 200 ml heavy cream
10 - 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard

→ Others

11 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
12 - 1 tablespoon flour (optional for thickening)

# Anleitung:

01 - In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
02 - Form the mixture into meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
04 - In the same skillet, add the heavy cream and whole grain mustard, stirring to combine. If desired, add flour to thicken the sauce.
05 - Return the meatballs to the skillet and simmer in the sauce for an additional 10-15 minutes, until cooked through.
