12 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
13 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
14 - Salt, to taste

# Anleitung:

01 - Place potatoes in a large pot, cover with cold water, and add 1 teaspoon salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until just tender, approximately 15 to 18 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together dill pickle brine, lime juice, tequila, mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, and black pepper until completely smooth and well blended.
03 - Once potatoes have cooled enough to handle, cut into bite-sized pieces.
04 - Add diced potatoes, dill pickles, red onion, chopped cilantro, jalapeño, and lime zest to the bowl with dressing. Gently toss until all components are evenly coated.
05 - Taste for seasoning and adjust salt or lime juice to preference.
06 - Transfer potato salad to a serving platter. Garnish liberally with coarse salt and lime wedges. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
