Nordsee Krabben Brötchen (Druckversion)

Köstliche Nordseekrabben mit Zitronen-Aioli in weichen Brötchen - ein schnelles, raffiniertes Meeresfrüchte-Gericht.

# Zutaten:

01 - 400 g North Sea crab meat

→ Vegetables

02 - 1 small red onion, finely chopped
03 - 2 celery stalks, finely chopped

→ Condiments

04 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
05 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
06 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
07 - 1 teaspoon lemon zest
08 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Bread

09 - 4 soft rolls or brioche buns

→ Garnish

10 - Fresh dill, for garnish

# Anleitung:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, red onion, and celery.
02 - In a separate small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
03 - Gently fold the lemon aioli into the crab mixture until well combined.
04 - Slice the rolls in half and lightly toast them, if desired.
05 - Fill each roll with the crab mixture and garnish with fresh dill. Serve immediately.
